I use an equity-based pricing model. Rates are discussed collaboratively, with attention to what feels accessible for the client while allowing me to be paid fairly for my time, training, and labor.

If you’d like to request reimbursement from your insurance, I can provide a superbill—a document you can submit directly.

Before we start, I recommend calling your provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Pricing depends on the type of offering, length, and collaboration, but here’s a general guide:

90 minute workshop: starts at $750

Half-day (3-4 hours): starts at $1,300

Full-day training or retreat facilitation:$2500+

Multi-part series or consultation partnerships: custom pricing based on goals and scope
